QA/QC Introduction

Our QC department is responsible for ensuring the quality of the raw materials and components used to manufacture our vehicles and to further ensure that the finished product meets specified criteria before final shipment. They first check the components and raw materials sourced from outside suppliers as well as those manufactured by ourselves. They additionally supervise the passage of semi-finished products through assembly. As one would expect they inspect all finished products, but at this stage they also collect data for use by the production and technology departments, who use it to improve our products and procedures. As they are the focus of all inspection expertise at the company they provide a testing service to our R&D department following the development of any new product. Their ultimate aim is reduce refund rate to 5%.
